Project Management
We have 7 years of managing large and small software and infrastructure programmes and projects. Our team of project managers have worked in large and small industries with multi national teams, across a variety of technologies for projects ranging from a few thousand to several million pounds. Our project managers are Prince2 trained and qualified and have many years of experience in the financial, telecoms and large corporate sectors as well as educational establishments and government organisations. We also have expertise in regulatory implementation such as Solvency 2, and outsourcing and offshoring management.
Project Management Framework
In order to ensure that all projects are managed in a standard and commercially acceptable way, Archgate Solutions has designed a Framework based on Prince2 methodology which describes the process flow of a project from inception to closure and includes sample documentation and critical paths for both new and experienced project managers. The framework is built in HTML to enable drill down to further information, training material, examples and detail to a level suitable for a range of user skillset levels from junior project managers to senior project and programme managers.
